Gary Booth, CEO
Gary has over 35 years’ experience in the renal field. Mr. Booth has extensive experience in the development and operations of dialysis facilities. In the past, Mr. Booth was a Regional Vice President and oversaw the operations of a large group of facilities in five states with over $180 million dollars in revenues and returned an EBIT margin of over 22.6% for the largest dialysis provider in the world. He has also developed over 60 denovo facilities and expanded more than 50 in the past 20 years. He has excelled in meeting the most demanding business challenges and for achieving all critical operational, clinical and financial goals.
Steven Jeger, Vice President
Steven is a current member of the board of directors – In such capacity, Steven is charged with broadening the companys customer base across all business units. He was instrumental in the explosive growth of the company’s correctional dialysis division. Steven is also responsible for operational matters and ensuring that all clients and patients receive optimal care in accordance with the company’s standard of excellence. Mr. Jeger has vast experience in strategic planning, and program transitioning. Prior to working in the field of dialysis, Mr. Jeger served as a Senior Analyst for a venture capital firm in NY. In this capacity he worked with start-ups and incubators assisting them in raising and structuring financing. Mr. Jeger has a B.S in Finance and a B.A. in Talmudic Theory and Jurisprudence.
Jane Sapp Wallace, Director of Clinical Operations
Jane has more than 25 years of nephrology care experience encompassing acute and chronic hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis as well as dialysis management in the correctional facility.
Jane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, Davie campus South Florida and earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Miami Dade Community College in Miami, FL. She holds the distinction of being a Certified Nephrology Nurse since 2003.
Roles held includes Assistant Director of Nursing, Acute Dialysis Patient Care Manager, IV Team Manager, Clinical Service Specialist (CSS) and Team Leader for many big chain dialysis organizations and Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF). Participated in committees on Infection Control, Quality Management, Dialysis, Utilization, Performance Improvement and data management.
John Ales, Director of Business Development
John has over twenty five years of diverse experience working in the dialysis industry with an extensive background in the development, operations, and management of multiple outpatient dialysis facilities. He was the founding member of National Renal Group (NRG), and he was responsible for development, management, and oversight of several De Novo clinics for Southside Kidney Clinics, LLC., in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Before Joining Nephrology Care Group in 2014, John worked for USRC, formerly Innovative Dialysis as a Territory Manager and Physician Liaison. John has training and certification in dialysis and nephrology care from David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California during his 6 years of military service.
